Educational / Instructional Video: Voting in New Jersey

I created a one-person, full-service video studio to provide NJSBA with training/educational videos and website content. This is a clip of our educational topics show "Education Matters". Using two cameras allows the on-camera talent the comfort of being able to stop and start if necessary. I edit out mistakes, and the multiple camera shots help to hold the audience's attention. Supporting graphics organize the the information and aids comprehension.

Don't Text & Drive Awareness Project w/High School Students

"What Happens When You Go to Vote in New Jersey: A Step-by-Step Guide" is an instructional video that shows viewers exactly how to vote in New Jersey.

This video was sponsored by The League of Women Voters of New Jersey & The Hall Institute of Public Policy. Presented in English & Spanish, this guide has been referenced online over 8,900 times.

I acted as technical & lighting director, camera operator, graphic & video editor.

When the local High School called to ask if Video Imprint would consider volunteering our services for the  U Got Brains Champion Schools Program, we were happy to help out! The campaign, Don' t Text and Drive, Bordentown Wants You Alive! was conceptualized and produced by the students.

It won the Grand Prize!

This is a clip from the series “The American Voter 2012" Featuring Patrick Murray. Co-produced by our client The Hall Institute of Public Policy, The Hall Public Forum featured prominent New Jersey leaders for 8 years. Video Imprint Productions broadcast LIVE regularly.
I acted as Producer & Director for each episode.

After winning the grand prize the year before, our local high school called us back once again to participate in the "Don't Text and Drive" awareness project.

This video was featured on nj1015.com. Community projects have amazing impact on everyone that participates. I might have had the most fun on this one!

This is is a promo video for the New Jersey School Boards Association's Workshop. After building the set on the exhibition floor, I shot on-the-fly interviews with Workshop attendees and vendors. In addition, I gathered footage for promotional and archival purposes.
I acted as technical director, talent wrangler, & camera operator.

This is a example of a project that was turned around in a day. I shot  & edited the video, music and graphics. It was ready to broadcast by the end of the day. Sifting through raw footage, and organizing a story suited to the message is an exciting part of creating powerful content!
